STOMACH

Place measuring tape around your waistband while maintaining a slack of two fingers space. Do not leave the tape to droop or make it too tight. It should be free enough to rotate and tight enough that it does not fall down the position.

Waist.PNG

Place measuring tape around the stomach with two fingers space. Measure the stomach over the part that has the longest circumference. Again, the tape should not be held tightly.
